All screenings are anonymous. Screening results are delivered at a permanent encrypted URL that only you know relates to your personal lifestyle. We do not collect your IP address as part of your lifestyle assessment.
Our contact form may collect your name, website URL, email address and phone number (only if you decide to provide those details) so that we can respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share or rent your information with any third parties unless required to do so by law.
We use caching to improve the page loading speed of our website.
We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focussed analytics service to understand our website traffic at an anonymous aggregated data level only. Fathom Analytics is GDPR, CCPA, PECR, ePrivacy, and COPPA compliant.
Who we share your data with
Data collected via our Lifestyle Assessment Service is aggregated anonymously for the purpose of publishing data analytics charts to the health and wellness community at large on lifestyles and inflammation as people age.
If you give your Unique Assessment Screening ID Number to a health or wellness provider that referred you to our service they will be able to lookup your screening results at our website. These results remain anonymous at our website, only your health and wellness provider and yourself will know that these results relate to your lifestyle.
Anonymous lifestyle data created by our lifestyle assessment service is kept by us indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
If you have a login account at this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. People who take a lifestyle assessment do not have login accounts.
